At MHS Ruitersport, you can pay securely online using the following methods:

iDeal
With iDeal, you can pay for your order safely and easily at MHS Ruitersport.
You pay in your own familiar online banking environment, secured by your bank.

Klarna
You can also choose the 'Pay After Delivery' option. With this payment option, Klarna takes over and handles the financial settlement of the invoice. Please note that you can exchange or return products within 30 days, but Klarna's payment term is always 14 days. If you decide to cancel your order after paying your Klarna invoice, you will of course receive a refund.

Please note! There is a limit for this ordering method. If your order exceeds this limit, this payment option will not be available. The limit for this payment method is €200,- per order. This option is also unavailable if an order is collected rather than shipped.

You can pay at MHS Ruitersport with PayPal.

Maestro
You can pay at MHS Ruitersport with Maestro.

Visa
You can pay at MHS Ruitersport with your Visa card.

MasterCard
You can pay at MHS Ruitersport with your MasterCard.

Bank transfer / Advance payment
You can also choose to pay by bank transfer. We do not charge any extra fees for bank transfers. When you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will automatically receive an email with the bank transfer details. Our bank transfers are handled by MultiSafePay. 

Please note! If you pay by bank transfer, MHS Ruitersport will only ship your order after we have received your payment. It can take up to 3 business days for us to receive the amount. Always include the payment reference provided in your email with your bank transfer.

MHS Ruitersport uses Pay.nl's payment services. Pay.nl is our payment provider, and all payments, such as iDEAL, Visa/MasterCard and bank transfer, are processed through Pay.nl. You will therefore see this name on your bank statement.

How does 'Pay After Delivery' work?

You will be notified immediately if your payment is approved. Your order will be processed right away, and after a few days you will receive an email from Pay.nl with a payment request for the products you purchased. You pay the amount directly to Pay.nl, not to MHS Ruitersport.

If your request to pay afterwards is not authorized, you can of course pay for the product you wish to order using another payment method at checkout. If you have any questions, you can always contact Pay.nl. For more information, please visit the Pay.nl website.

Only customers in the Netherlands can use the 'Pay After Delivery' payment method.

When will I receive the invoice?

Once we have processed your order, you will automatically receive an invoice by email. You can also find your invoice in your order status. Log in to our website using your email address and order number. When your order is delivered, you will receive a packing slip and an invoice listing the products you ordered.

Refunds for cancelled orders

If you withdraw from the agreement, we will refund all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have been notified of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will issue your refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

MHS Equestrian does not charge its customers any payment fees.

What are 3-D Secure and Secure Code?

3-D Secure and Secure Code make online payments even safer. 3D-Secure technology was developed by Visa and is offered under the brand name Verified by Visa. MasterCard also offers this standard under the name MasterCard Secure Code. 3-D Secure and Secure Code add an extra step when placing your order to help keep you safe. You are protected against misuse of your credit card number because you confirm your identity before making the payment. 

Checkout steps with Verified by Visa ( 3-D Secure):

1. Choose a product
2. Select the payment method: Visa credit card
3. Enter your Visa card details
4. A new window appears
5. Enter your password here and click Submit
6. Your identity is confirmed
7. The payment is complete

MasterCard provides you with a Secure Code, a personal password or code. This password or code is used as an extra check to identify the correct credit card holder online.

Checkout with MasterCard Secure Code:

1. Choose a product
2. Select the payment method: MasterCard credit card
3. Enter your MasterCard details
4. A window appears asking for a password or code
5. Enter your password or code and click Submit
6. Your identity is confirmed
7. The payment is complete

All prices on our website include VAT. The VAT rate is displayed on the checkout page and/or on your final invoice after selecting your shipping destination.

We can process your order without VAT if:

• You create an account with MHS Ruitersport;
• You have a valid foreign VAT number;

This VAT number is checked automatically and the name and address must match the billing address.

Please make sure that you:

• Enter the full VAT number, starting with the 2 letters of your country. For example, NL.....;
• Enter a valid VAT number;
• Enter address details associated with this VAT number.

We are required to perform a VAT check.

It is not possible to claim a VAT refund and/or make corrections afterwards
